You can request that we delete your account and the personal data associated with it from any of our games. This page explains exactly how.

Which games this applies to

This deletion process covers every game we publish under the Noahark Games brand. If you signed in with the same provider (Apple, Google, email) across multiple games, a single request can cover all of them — just tell us which ones in your email.

What gets deleted

  • Your account identifier and display name
  • Cloud saves, progress, inventory, and stats
  • Leaderboard entries tied to your account
  • Support communications older than 30 days
  • Any other personal data we hold about you

What we have to retain (and why)

Some records must be kept to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention requirements:

  • Purchase receipts — up to 7 years, for tax and accounting law
  • Fraud-prevention records — if your account was banned for cheating or abuse, we keep a minimal flag so the same device can’t simply create a new account
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics — once anonymized, this data is no longer “personal” and is not deleted

We do not retain anything beyond what the law or fraud prevention requires.

How long it takes

Account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request, except for the items above.


Most of our games offer in-app deletion. The path is:

Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm

In-game deletion is instant — the request is verified by your active session, so we know it’s really you.

If you cannot access the game (you’ve already uninstalled it, your device is lost, etc.), email us:

We will respond within 5 business days to confirm receipt and verify your identity. The actual deletion happens within 30 days of verification.


Frequently asked questions

What if I just want to reset my game progress, not delete my account?

Most of our games have an “Erase progress” option in Settings → Account → Erase save. This wipes your save data but keeps the account so you can start fresh.

What happens to my in-app purchases?

The receipts stay with the App Store / Google Play under your platform account. Virtual goods tied to the deleted account are lost — please be sure before requesting deletion. For real-money refund questions, contact Apple or Google support; we cannot process platform refunds on your behalf.

How long does it take?

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.

Can I undo a deletion?

No. Once the 30-day window passes, the data is permanently gone — by design. We can’t restore it.
