Common questions

I bought a game and it crashes on launch. What do I do?

First, restart your device. About half of mobile launch crashes resolve with a reboot. If it still happens, email us with your device model, OS version, and the game's version number from Settings > About in-game. We respond within 1-2 business days.

My save disappeared. Can you restore it?

If you were signed in to a cloud-saved account, yes. Sign back in on the same provider and your save will sync. If you played as a guest and uninstalled, the save was local to your old install and is unfortunately gone.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We do not process payments directly. On the App Store, use "Report a Problem" within 90 days of purchase. On Google Play, use Help > Refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Will you add feature X / character Y / mode Z?

Maybe. We read every suggestion. We can't promise anything specific, but the games we ship are shaped meaningfully by what players ask for.

Is there a Discord / community?

Not yet. We're a small team and would rather not run a community we can't moderate well. For now, email is the way.
